To gain entry to the portal, plan members can go to the Locate Providers page and enter an email address along with a password before clicking the Login button. Those who are starting to panic due to a forgotten password should try to remain calm as accounts can be recovered by clicking the Forgot your password? link and entering an email address to have reset instructions sent.
