Luckily those who have been directed to the Claim Look Up page can shine a big bright light (albeit a figurative one) on the situation. Claims being managed by Sedgwick can now be looked up using the Via One Express portal after logging in with a username and account password. Those who have forgotten an account password can begin the recovery process by clicking the Forgot Username or Password link and entering a username before clicking the Next button to proceed. Users who have no clue what their username actually is will need to go directly to the technical support line for help. New Sedgwick Via One Express portal users can begin the registration process by clicking the New User link posted at the Claim Look Up page (link is located underneath the username and password entry fields).

After clicking the New User link an online registration form will appear that must be completed with a first name, last name, date of birth, email address, last 4 digits of a Social Security Number, and home zip code prior to hitting the Next button to continue with the Sedgwick Via One Express portal account registration process. Users who are in need of technical support can call between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM Central Time Monday through Friday.
