It’s about training yourself to pause. Here’s how.
Amy Jen Su, author of “The Leader You Want to Be: Five Essential Principles for Bringing Out Your Best Self—Every Day”, says that recognizing when you’re about to engage in a bad habit–and being able to find a “magic pause”–is the key. If you’re about to snap at a co-worker, reach for that sugary snack, or micromanage a direct report, there are ways to short circuit these behaviors before they begin. She describes three techniques in detail: having a mantra or “swing thought”, breathing with intentionality, and practicing something she calls the “washing the dishes meditation.”

Normally when I feel flustered or my thoughts are scrambled, I tend to just give myself time and not act on my impulses but just wait until my head clears or just tell myself to be calm, one step, one breath, one moment at a time.
In other words, practice mindfulness.
Annoying music does not a good video make.
If necessity is the mother of invention, it could also be the mother of developing good habits. Put yourself in a demanding course where you need to pass exams. And that means you need to get up early and study. If you manage to do that, you will minimize your chance of failure, and develop confidence that you can do anything you set your mind to do.
Old said count one to ten or more . As your technic aim to change new focus on controling mal behavior to devient interrupt misbehavior action but some keep silent and leave away to avoid confrontation arguement.Clap one hand gather no loud.Old proverb.
I guess the doctor learnt the 4-7-8 breathing technique in Sudarshan Kriya Yoga of Art of Living foundation. It's been in use since 1981. Had heard about stories that western countries see and modify and copyright things bt didn't believe it until now!
I already do the dish technique! Haha

Me
🙏👀🙏
In the blink of an eye
you can see me
anywhere ,everywhere
my name is not important
Can you smell it…?
warm almost touchable
a breath of mystery
Floating
a soft yet tense voice
Look at me
study me well
I am only an image
It depends on you
not me
But you’ve guessed
I am a bit different
Look at me again
study me well
I want to be yours
I want to be the way
you want me to be
Serene, simple,
soft, free
Understanding, passionate
intellectual
Engaging and sociable
I can be your woman
Only if you can
appreciate me ,handle me
as I am
So
come on
and
Turn me on…
I am your perfect woman
