Toyota Auris Touring Sports in-depth review – Carbuyer reviews
The Toyota Auris Touring Sports is Toyota’s name for the Auris estate. It’s a mid-sized family estate car that rivals the Ford Focus estate and Vauxhall Astra estate. It’s a spacious, practical and reliable car that is easy to live with. However, those looking to be entertained behind the wheel, or searching for a more stylish estate might want to look elsewhere.

Weird! I had that exact infotainment in my 2012 yaris; the 2018 auris has a newer infotainment setup

About the interior, an important advice. Toyota make durable cars, the interiors are made to last, not 5, not 10, not 20 years, but probably a driver's life.
Toyota vehicles are people carriers, to go from point A to B.
And to work flawless during a lot of time. Own one for more than a few days and you will probably agree that asthenic aren't always important, and that we have a life outside cars… Those japanese people.. 🙂

I think the German companies must learn from Toyota how engines and Gear should made
Toyota at least had no Oil and Engine problems ,TSI and TFSI so miserable

What’s with the british and Japanese cars lol such stupid negativity…hands down the quality is better than European cars
Aaron Braun –
It’s a Toyota. You act surprised but their reliability and predictability is what makes them great. Including all the switches and clock.
serge ntima –
I love the hatchback version better

So the only faults she can find are things like the clock is out of her eye line. Give me a Toyota over her 'fashionable' Golf any day of the week.

Hi can you review the toyota corolla toring sport please
TRASHoftheTITANS –
Taxi I called last week was a hybrid version of one of these. From the perspective of the rear seats, I can’t say I rate the interior. The plastic on the doors is some of the thinnest I’ve ever seen, and the seats felt very flat and were covered in an almost velour-like fabric that I doubt is very durable. On the plus side, it went like stink and was a quite refined. Plus the guy driving it couldn’t have been more than about 22 and was independent, so I’d guess the finance deals are pretty good. Not a bad car at all, just not very inspiring!

Get the feeling that Carbuyers interview process involves a casting couch.

Not to be sexist or anything, but having a woman reviewing cars is like having a peasant critiquing wine.

I don't think it's ugly, but just boring looking, like any Toyota.
JG –
Love the interior, reminds me of my first car, a corolla -88. The digital clock, Love it, kind of a Toyota signum.
Nils Hedstrom –
I really like the Auris touring sport. It's a nice car. It looks pretty decent on the outside design and I don't understand why everybody hates the interior so much, it looks better than Golf and some other cars. Plus Toyota makes much safer and more reliable cars.
Asim Iq –
Very nice long live toyota reliability
Dzaks –
So worst problem "not a Golf"?
Slamdoxicalz –
2:10 annoying dwarves fiddling with their seatbelts
Connor Duke –
The world's most sensible car. In a world of Trump and May bizarre antics, perhaps not such a bad quality to have.
Morbeus 1000 –
So it`s got a digital clock, what does she expect a fuckin` sun dial
N –
Would go right through the back door!
chris lee –
i've just bought one and I love it, each to their own eh.
snow –
Ugliest interior Ive ever seen.

what could toyota learn from vw and the golf, how to rip off customers through criminal deception on emissions testing or how to fall apart after 150,000kms? what an idiot, toyota are top of the tree in every area, particularly reliability. you will easily get 400,000kms trouble free from a toyota. vw are an oddball brand.
polopowered –
I think it looks great. I'm going to replace my Auris Hybrid Excel with the Touring Sport 1.2t. Toyota are the best.
Bob –
Have Toyota acknowledged or corrected the headlight issue on the Auris. Driving at night on unlit roads in the Auris is just dangerous. If you are going to buy one test drive the car at night.
Rolex Kings –
…pretty crap that car, was only watchin' it because Ginny's the presenter.
Ray Fadhil Bassam Faisal –
That how Toyota done their interior, they just take some fucking other car interior and throw it to their car. I mean how hard to be creative?? instead only throwing some fucking things in-_-
MrMjp58 –
I've had the hybrid version for 6 months. It's a perfectly decent car – tho' not a patch on my old '97 Corolla.
MrBasinator –
This car has the sex appeal of my hairy armpit…
