Q: Can't we be a collective of local business owned by local people?
A: No, K-Mart wouldn't make as much money. McDonald's is actively trying to fight that kind of thing. Please leave the building now.

Many creative entrepreneurs only focus on offering an innovative product or service to the market, but they forget that an ideal idea does not automatically turn into a successful business. A business requires a great business model just as much as it needs a good idea so that it determines that the right price for the product, the type of target customers and the channels of communication with them, and other important business components.

If you have come up with a brilliant idea and you have all the features and capabilities to implement it, but you do not know where to start, the business model is what you need. it is a missing link that relates your idea to your capabilities and skills, leading to a successful business. Therefore, it can be claimed that business model analysis is a way to build an invincible startup. Stay tuned with Retiba.
