I had these for about 3 days before returning them. They literally hurt me ears and gave me headaches. The sound was good up to 75% which was good for home use but above that they cut the bass and boost treble and mids making them sound flat. At the gym I've found them too quiet for me. Noise cancelling is the best I've heard tho. Got the liberty 3 pro and they are perfect and sound better.

Lets be honest. These are still the best EarBuds on the market for design and features. The only 2 downsides are they don't have MultiPoint and are a little on the heavy/large side.
People want to compare with Bose, but they are even bigger. Then you have the Libertys which were a little late to the party as they have tried to copy the XM3's.
Samsung have a Pro version but they are a little dated and look equally as awful as many products on the market.
Its a shame because the market is open for someone to really clear up and produce something that ticks all the boxes.
Are there any sports you don't partake in?

How do they sound with rock and metal music? Everyone in videos never really go into detail in the type of music they listen to when using the earbuds. Pretty much all reviewers on websites seem to only review the earbuds with hiphop/rnb and techno/edm music.

Also I have found that the volume is just a little shy of what something like the Beats Fit Pro produce. I find this a little annoying as sometimes I just want that little bit more. Have you found this to be the case with you? I especially find this when outside. Btw I have the Adaptive Sound control off.

Did you find that your controls don't work with your Garmin watch? i.e., when playing spotify through the Garmin.

I bought them this weekend and updated them to version 1.3.3 of firmware. I was skeptical on the fit for my running and I can say that they surprised me, I did 21km with these and I only touched them less than 3 times to fit them again during my run. They fit in my ears very well. The only thing that was not well is sometimes not too often to be annoying the connection will be intermittent..but over all the sound blew my mind.

Hi, will they fall if I play basketball?

Thanks for the review. Do you prefer this ones or the new Jabra elite 7 active?

I am in the market for bluetooth earbuds. Which earbud is best for cycling, aka cancelling out wind noise. Thats my main goal. These look amazin but the Vista 2 and airpods pro are still brand I am looking into as options.

Is there dual phone support?

Hi! I‘ve got these earbuds today and I came across something: Connecting them to my iPhone 12 Pro, they sound good, but not exceptional. I tried to connect them to my old S9 (keep in mind, it‘s almost 4 years old) and they sound way better because of the LDAC codec found on Androids devices. You really should try it out to really see how good they really are.

Trying to decide between these and Liberty 3 pro. Am a bit scared off by people complaining about ear fatigue. I do have big ears(I think), and Liberty 2 pro haven't been perfect in the matter of staying in my ears when I'm in the gym. Why advice would be great.

exactly what I wanted to know. Sport and Sound quality. after having the JABRA 7 Active for one day and extimly disappointed from the audio. Im about to give those a try. Thank you!!!

I just received mines this week and the volume on them are so low..anyone else have this problem or a fix?
fatiredflyer –
Just remember, these are only warranted to work between 40F and 104F; useless in my winter and your summer.

I'm VERY happy that these earbuds don't hurt my ears. I'm very prone to headaches and had to return my buds live because of it…

Sometimes I hit the ‘like’ even when the product you review, is not my thing. That hard work you invest in these fab reviews, deserve every bit of support. More power to ya, Sir!

Hi Des, reducing wind noise while riding my bike is at the top of my wish list. I don't think I can expect perfection, but would you say these are the best available for that particular feature, or is there anything else on the market I should look at? cheers!

got these recently but have the airpod pros for longer. for me sound and features is what I like these for you know for just straight up enjoying the music. Airpods I can be comfortable wearing for longer and I rather work out with those

I really, really, really wanted to like them. Tomorrow I'm gonna return them, these are my 5th pair of ANC headphones, not exactly a newbie when we talk about fitting them properly etc.
To me, personally, they hurt a lot no matter what. Unberable to wear for more than 1 hour and half, 2 tops.
The sound is amazing, the ANC superb… It is with a heavy heart that I'm returning them. But honestly I need something to wear 8-10 hours a day that won't make me rip off my ears.
Airpods Pro are not even close in sound quality, and slightly inferior in the ANC performance as well… however, there is no way (for me at least) that those pro are going to make up for a painful experience after this period of time.
I guess everybody's ears are different, mine are not for these and like me many more people won't be able to wear them. Just know that after trying all the possible combinations if it's a no, it's a no. After all, you must be your own judge, so try everything possible to test every fit, position etc… but then don't feel like you have to keep them or that they are "supposed to be like this and it's you that don't understand how to fit them".
You are spending a good amount of money, you should get a premium experience!
I'm gonna, sadly, go back to my airpods pro… it's a pity I wanted a step up in audio quality etc, but it seems they're the only ones that I forget I have in my ears.

Do you think they will last long from the sweat from doing sporst? I dont't know if I should buy these or cheaper ones for the gym. What do you think?

I have sony xb700.. Is it worth im upgrade to Sony 1000mx4..
Justin W –
These sound better than my over ear headphones
LDH –
Great informative video but it still boggles my mind why Sony would make us choose between ANC, playback controls and volume control on the earbud when others such as the Jabras don't make us sacrifice one of them.

great review, and thanx for reviewing them for running
