My real estate review is very detailed. But not CMA detailed. My approach is to look at the national real estate market, our state (Colorado), the metro market, the neighborhood, their house. I can present this in 10 minutes + Questions they have. Most people value the information and I do convert from it. All that said….hard to argue against the simplicity that Peter presents.
((Addition: My MLS offers great tools so the Data is already there! I just print the reports. The MLS Quick/1 line report takes me 15 minutes.))
