Diana Young –
I loved the video! It was so informational! I was wondering which package you guys bought? Basic, Exam Prep, Plus or Ultimate. I want to know if I need the most inclusive or if the basics can get the job done.
A Cooper –

Unco Chin –
What package did u guys purchased?

Guys you should talk to these guys https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrY5UcxI1Rs.They are expert tutors who do help with proctored exams pretty well. They will send you a link that will enable them to share your screen and help you with the questions. You just need to be online for the camera. I have used them several times now and I recommend them. Thank me later..
Daulton Wurst –
I thought about taking the give me the basics class on real estate express. Would you recommend that class?
Dillon Eiland –

Ted G –
how long do you have to find a sponsoring broker after passing the exam? I just took and passed 9 days ago but haven't found a sponsoring broker yet
Cat D –
Which package did you guys buy? They have basic and then three more expensive ones.
Rose Moua –
I just passed course 1 with an online proctor and did not even receive a downloadable Certification. Now I'm looking into the state/general exam, only to find that Real Estate Express only covers about 50% of the exam content, which is NOT passing at all. I wish they had included the content from the flash cards and practice exams in Course 1. I definitely do not recommend Real Estate Express. The customer service is always giving different information every time, instructors are distant, and the course work is extremely tedious. It is NOT WORTH THE DISCOUNT!
Jamie Senn –
I thought according to TN law they can’t guarantee You will pass is what l read on their site under FAQ section. Florida and TN do not have the pass money back guarantee
Chris Koehn –
They have 4 different packages and was curious what you guys ended up purchasing? Did one of you get the more expensive package with the the extras and the other the basic? My wife and I are looking into signing up with real estate express.
Hi Hi –
Can you better explain to me what he means at 12:00
Moze Baptiste –
Nice work and congrats btw! The only question I have is which course did you guys enroll in? I only ask because I want to enroll my wife and me now. But I want to make sure I get reference materials, flashcards, and all.

I disagree with two things:
1. That the way the material is broken into chunks allows you to plan how much time you need for each chapter. Some of the chapters are dramatically different lengths. Some took me 5 or more hours (not including breaks), while others took "only" around 2 hours. Since you can't preview any future chapters, only the current and past chapters, you can't even see how many pages are in each chapter so it's really hard to plan how much time you'll actually need. I also can't find any information about the length and content of the course practice exam and exam.
2. That you can skip the pdf chapters. This is just my experience but the course chapters (vs. the textbook chapters) are full of typos and aren't as descriptive and clear as the textbook chapters. It is annoying that information is repeated in both types of chapters, but the comparison is not 1:1. The textbook chapters contain a lot more info than is provided in the course chapters and give a fuller picture of the real estate knowledge you'll need. I'm reading both but just skimming through anything that was already covered in the textbook.

Great video! I love how y’all worked together as a team to get it done. I also live in Tennessee, and I’m on my final exam. KW recommended me to take my course online through The CE Shop.

So does it matter where and how you take it?
Like is it better to take it at a community college than online?
Rachel Reposar –
So true- some nights the content would literally put me to sleep lol! I didn’t realize you only have two attempts at the final course exam at the end of each course. I missed the Real Estate Practice exam by 4 questions and had to reenroll and take the course over. Now that I’m taking it over I’m gaining more understanding and knowledge so it’s working out in my favor but I was so frustrated at first. This video is validating because the information is SO dry it’s so hard to digest. Congratulations to you both for passing- I’m looking forward to the day I do as well!

Omg you guys are spot on! I signed up for Real Estate Express back in Feb and used the money I was making from unemployment to pay for the course. And just like you guys I am currently cramming through this course, because I was in school fulltime during the spring semester, and I was just sleeping on it during the summer. Now I have just 7 weeks left to finish the RE course and I'm only up to chapter 6! 😭I got the highest package which came with the book because honestly I am a person that prefers hardcover, physical books over reading online. But I actually never use the book because I am a horrible reader and there is SO MUCH reading lol. But then I hate reading material digitally. But I actually spend most of my studying reading it on my phone, its just so much more convenient and still easy on the eyes. I read it while snuggling in bed, I read it on the train, and it's very mobile friendly. But I'm glad you mentioned that you get locked out of the course when your time expires because I still have the physical book to reference to! Everything else you mentioned is very true. The reading is dry but the quizzes are great, and the information is all reinforcing. Everything is very thorough and clear, there's just alot to take in. I also fell for the trap in the beginning of thinking you had to read through all the Articles but I def caught on soon enough that everything mentioned in them was just summarized and explained in the chapters lol So don't waste time reading them! The instructor also responded to me the next business day whenever I emailed them questions, and customer service is readily available when you call on the phone. So far I think this is a great and affordable real estate course and I would rate them 4 out of 5.
