This video is a 62 question review from the North Carolina real estate exam, covering chapters 1-10 (midterm).

Hi, do you know who I can speak with regarding and adverse possession claim. I’ve been calling around and no luck.
My parents have been up-keeping a lot next to their home for over 15 years. And were looking to purchase the land from the owner. But I explained to them may have interest in the land and can possibly own it through adverse possession.
Recently the owner sold the lot to someone else… do they still have interest or is this a lost call?

Q3 I am confused by this answer…. Provisional Brokers are required to complete 90 hours of post-licensing education within 18 mos to become a broker. How is C correct? Nowhere in the information do I see anything about a 2nd renewal for a provisional license? I thought it was D, because they take the 8hrs required each year after they have completed the Post-licensing requirement of the 90 hours in 18 mos.

actually 43,560 sq ft in an acre ; also didn't think the BIC could be named designated dual agent. Though from the answers to choose from, I see your logic. Learned different ways to look at certain Q's, thanks for the review , I found it helpful and will watch the final !

So by Don selling his interest to Wendy the right to survivorship is voided? Or are we disregarding this right because its not required for Joint tenants in NC ?

Question #26 has an example exactly like it in the License Law and Commission Rules Comments (Study Guide on the NCREC) website. Their answer was Willful Misrepresentation because the agent acted without regard for the truth of the matter, instead of without knowledge that they could be wrong (negligent misrepresentation). Its the last example in that section, in case you'd like to reference it.
