There are many people who are facing issues with their orders while there are many who are satisfied with their orders from kreeva as well. I give my honest review on the products I receive and I make sure that my viewers receive the same quality because that is how things should be.
But I have been receiving many DMs from people who are not satisfied with their orders as well. I have forwarded all such complaints and issues to team kreeva and I made sure that the issues were solved on priority.

    Had a bad experience ordered outfit a month ago, ordered 2 outfit from which one outfit shown online was in stock but after a week we come to know that the product is out of stock, half products shown in stock are not available with them. everyday following up with them and dont get any satisfying answer. After 2 week they ask to select from premium category from the same range.

    It's a pathetic store guys…they are selling very cheap product…ND return policy is pathetic… they'll not give you any refund they give you credit notes…so if get a cheap quality saree ..your money will be stuck..ND they are charging delivery charges..if you want to return the saree..you'll have to pay for the return also..it's pathetic plz don't shop from this store guys. Don't fall for it..
