FUNDRISE REVIEW 2021 – Passive Real Estate Investing reviews

Added to wishlistRemoved from wishlist 0

In this video I review Fundrise and explain to you the pros and cons of this passive real estate investing platform. I invested $1,000 of my own money so that I can track this investment over time to help you understand if it’s worth pursuing or not.

Fundrise is an online investing platform that allows you to invest in physical commercial real estate projects. Yes, actual tangible real estate.

I’ve worked in commercial real estate for years and typically this has been an investment of the ultra rich or ultra wealthy.

Fundrise is changing that because it’s allowing non-accredited investors to invest as little as $500 to get started.

So how does it work? Fundrise takes actual real estate projects around the United States and bundles them into eREITs, which is basically the real estate version of an ETF or Mutual Fund.

Fundrise has shown that their average annualized returns since 2014 to be anywhere from 8.76% – 12.42%. I’m interested to see how long they can create these high numbers for given that Fundrise has never existed during a bear market.

Watch the entire video to see my final verdict while I give Fundrise a “Marko Score”. You access that spreadsheet below.

How much would you get in dividends if you invested $1000? Is it like stocks where a share gets you $2-3 annually?

I know nothing about real estate but, I would love to try & create a passive income for myself. I would be wondering what part of Fundrise would you recommend investing into. Since, they offer different types of real estate investments. Or should I look into a REIT from Vanguard instead through a personal brokerage account? Or both? Thanks.

My dream is to make $1000 – $2000 passive income, how much money would I have to invest, or get a loan to invest, in Fundrise to reach this goal, and or any recommendations to achieve this?

DONT INVEST WITH FUNDRISE. low returns less than 5% after fees and penalties when you withdraw.
They charged me a 15% withdrawal fee.
Dont put your money with fundrise. Buy stocks or crypto somewhere else.
