While for me, capturing and presenting the data in a simplified way is the easy part, what do I say to friends/clients to entice them to meet in person to review their real estate review? So often I feel that they will be too busy to meet and/or disinterested… I recognize that whatever is said needs to show the value of the information to them so that they won't just ask for the information to be emailed to them, etc. Thoughts/ideas? I know I get in my own way about this and would love to hear from you all….

My MLS looks different but basically has the same capabilities. What do you print – just the list of addresses with statuses or more than that? 47 listings with more info would be quite a packet!

What do you think of including 3 up listings to a page to show property photos? Also, is it possible to do a quick example using RPR? Thanks!
