Thanks guys. I'm glad to learn the other meaning of "sanction". Although that word confused me many times while reading newspapers I haven't even bothered to look it up in a dictionary.
One of the reason why I'm learning English is that, if you know a foreign languages in our case English that means you can have access to objective information.I think it's very important in my country.
