I don’t trust them

Don’t believe all these grand reviews. Dr. Lavi’s office is run like a cattle farm. Why make an appointment when you sit for an hour waiting to be called. The front reception staff are rude and could care less about the patients. Seems doctors are always pushing for surgery to make that extra buck. If I were you I would find another medical center to deal with your issues.
