The Philippines Passport
This flight was only my 3rd time to be in a business class but as someone who’s been working in customer service and hospitality industry, I can tell if the service is good. EY’s service way back in 2010 was a top notch which I’m glad they carried on with that legacy, but with these flight, surprisingly, the service in Y class (AUH-MNL) was better than in J class (MNL-AUH).
