Looks like you we’re unfortunate to get one of the old 777s they use on regional routes. I fly the 777-300ER a few times a year from London to BKK. They are much better with 1-2-1 configuration in business and especially the 3 new planes that have first class available. I hope you get better service next time and thanks for the video
