Hey there! We hope you enjoyed that! If you like programmes about coffee, check out this episode of 6 Minute English: https://youtu.be/fJoCs5Z_QvE
Every weekend we like to fancy a gourmet meal.
I like drinking coffee. Here in Spain, Coffee shops usually serve strong and good coffee. But I didn't know anything about coffee cutting down your daily intake of calories until now. Thank goodness, I don't have any problem with calories.. Maybe going to the Gym and studying English can be the best way to burn them down 😜 I enjoyed watching your Video (as usual)
😅I put cocoa powder in my black coffee to prevent caffeine crash. When caffeine dissipates theobromine takes over to give me a mellow alertness without the crash. When caffeine and theobromine combined with CBD oil it offsets the drowsiness effect of CBD oil to give you the best psychological mellowness and pain relief of CBD and alertness of caffeine and theobromine. I get the best of all worlds in these three compounds without other medication which has unwanted side effects on cognition. This drink without sugar also prevents me from feeling hungry and helps me stay in ketosis longer without suffering hunger urges. Combined with olive and coconut oil really helped reduced insulin resistance causing belly fat and a general feeling of health and wellness.
Why people don't come to study here? I think..a lot of useful things that people make don't want to share to their friends just like me. Because hope to keep only for my treasure channel.😂 I'll share my friends. Thank you all BBClearningenglish team member. Have a great day. From Korea ❤
