Professor Julian Birkinshaw talked about Reinventing Management at The Finn Øien Lecture 2013 at BI Norwegian Business School.

– We need to be more thoughtful in how we manage and lead big companies. There is more scope of individual freedom today and more opportunities through internet based technologies and to collaborate without control.
