Coach mguirk, you gota be as dumb as medvedev to think Ukraine is surrounding bakhmut with the 5km of retaken land in the flanks. The only reason Ukraine hit the flanks was to secure a safe route for the Ukrainians in the city to retreat safely without getting hit from each direction. You get too excited sometimes and pull stuff from your butt that sounds like “copium” and “hopium” you so love to bring up. I’m all for Ukraine but I’ll call out the nonsense sometimes when it gets too ridiculous
