Join me on this 4hr adventure from San Francisco to Air Canada’s main hub Toronto Pearson onboard the carrier’s recently refurbished Signature Class. How did their transcontinental experience compare against my previous experience in the reverse? Watch my review to view my full experience!

Nice review, as usual for this channel ππ». An airline can have the latest and most "glamorous" hard product but when the soft product is glaringly inferior to what is considered the norm in cabin service it's all to naught. I laughed when you stated that you felt the service you received on United gave you a "more positive" experience than on Air Canada. To me, that's like comparing bad service to atrocious service π€£. Of course, I really can't be truly objective anymore when it comes to United's "Greyhound Bus service in the air" π±. These days I'll take JetBlue's Mint Class on any trans-con flight over even the big three carriers' "Domestic First Class". Have you tried Mint yet? If you haven't, you are in for a treat! Take care and have a pleasant and rewarding weekend. β€οΈβοΈπππ
Ahh, bless. Your poor delicate fingers must have been in so much pain after all that work they did. πππ Very good video!
Honestly, I think you are a little too critical here. The wrap is in place for your hygiene (since some customers J customers complained theyβd rather WANT cold trays to be wrapped for hygiene purposes). Bread roll on the paper tray? Is it really that bad? Other than that, you got a very nice pod, nice bedding and mattress pad for an a otherwise domestic/transborder flight.
Thank you for sharing this trip, i have never seen the bread put on the trayβs paper.
Poor you and your poor fingers!!!!!!!!!!!!
I honestly think Air Canada Business Class gets more hate than it deserves, at least on the hard product. The hard product (at least on 777 and 787) are more than fine. I wish maybe both elbow rest can be lowered but while sterile and not so exciting, it's more than satisfactory and comfortable enough. The A330 is bad though, can never get any sleep in it.
My big beef with AC is their lack of consistency in the soft product. The food is usually very mediocre (breakfast is the only consistent one they have), and overall service is very very inconsistent (on average somewhat subpar). Even Westjet's soft product on their Dreamliner is better than ACs.
Great video. I think cabin crews are still using COVID as excuse for plastic wraps and shortcuts. I hope things will continue to improve on all airlines. Your poor fingers π
