    [10 Second Reply] What is your thought? Should a signiture be included on every email thread when commnicating back and forth or should it be removed? Is there an automated way to remove teh signiture in this instance w/o the need to delete each time?

  6. How about not doing all caps and bold letters together?

  7. I think more elaboration is needed when talking about reply vs reply all. It is not just so you can limit exposure, however, it is also so you can be courteous to other’s inbox that do not need the information.

    For example, a note goes out to a distribution list stating that it is someone’s birthday.

    If one feels the need to say happy birthday to the individual, it should be a reply and not a reply all.

  15. Starting with the main point is the reason why my emails always felt awkward to write. Because it was so wordy and overblown with information. Also, the hyperlink one is very good! I'll stick to these (for me new) rules for professional emails.
